  • This is your first purchase with ProURLMonitor
  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • You tested the service by submitting URLs for indexing
  • The service did not work as described (low indexing success rate)
  • You have not previously received a refund from ProURLMonitor using a different account

What Happens When You Get a Refund

  1. You receive a full refund of your purchase amount
  2. Your account is permanently closed
  3. All unused credits are forfeited
  4. You cannot create a new account with the same email address
  5. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

When Refunds Are NOT Available

You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund If:

  • This is your second or subsequent purchase with ProURLMonitor
  • You have been using the service for more than 7 days
  • You already used a significant portion of purchased credits
  • You changed your mind but the service worked as described
  • You violated our Terms of Service
  • You previously received a refund from ProURLMonitor (even with a different account)
  • You submitted URLs that violated search engine guidelines or contained illegal content

Why No Refunds on Repeat Purchases?

  • You already tested the service with your first purchase
  • You were satisfied enough to buy more credits
  • You understand how the service works and its success rate

This policy prevents abuse where users buy large packages, use the service heavily, and then request refunds to create new accounts and repeat the process.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion:

  • First-time purchases with significant credit usage: if you used more than 30% of credits but faced severe service issues, we may refund the unused portion.
  • Technical failures on our end: extended downtime or issues that prevented use of credits.
  • Exceptional circumstances reviewed individually by our support team.

Anti-Fraud Protection

  • One refund per customer. We track refunds by email, payment info, and IP address.
  • Accounts are permanently closed upon refund and new accounts are prohibited.

  • Chargebacks result in immediate termination and a permanent ban.

Exceptions and Special Cases

  • Service outages: If ProURLMonitor experiences extended downtime (more than 72 hours), we may provide compensation or refunds regardless of purchase history.
  • Billing errors: Incorrect charges will be fully refunded.
  • Duplicate charges: Duplicate payments are refunded immediately.
  • Major service changes: Significant changes may qualify for prorated refunds at our discretion.
