By accessing or using ProURLMonitor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

• You are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You will not use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

To use ProURLMonitor, you must create an account with a valid email address and secure password.

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One person or entity may only maintain one account.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared.

ProURLMonitor provides link indexing tools that help URLs and backlinks get discovered faster. Core features include bulk submissions, drip-feed scheduling, status tracking, reporting, and optional API access.

We aim for high success rates but cannot guarantee that every submitted URL will be indexed due to factors outside our control (search engine algorithms, content quality, and technical issues).

• ProURLMonitor uses a credit-based system.
• Each URL submission consumes credits.
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing customers.
• Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Services, software, and branding are owned by ProURLMonitor and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute any part of the Services without permission.

You retain ownership of the URLs and content you submit. You grant us limited rights to process and display indexing results for your account.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or guaranteed indexing outcomes.

ProURLMonitor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to us in the previous 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold ProURLMonitor harmless from claims or losses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or legal compliance. Upon termination, access ends immediately and unused credits may be forfeited according to our Refund Policy.

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us to attempt an informal resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be handled in courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will be revised, and your continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the changes.

• These Terms and our Privacy and Refund Policies form the complete agreement.
• If any clause is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
• We may assign our rights and obligations; you may not without consent.
• We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
