Useful for SEO audits, QA, and client reporting

A full page screen capture preserves the visual state of a public webpage in one image. SEO professionals can document missing content, broken layouts, cookie banners, and before-and-after changes. Developers and QA teams can attach the screenshot to bug reports, while agencies can include it in client deliverables as visual proof.

Pair the screenshot with the SEO Audit Tool, HTTP Status Checker, or Broken Links Checker for a more complete technical review.

Privacy and capture limitations

The URL you enter is sent to a third-party screenshot-rendering service so it can visit the public page and create the image. Do not submit private URLs or URLs containing sensitive query parameters. ProURLMonitor does not ask for page passwords. Pages behind a login, bot protection, or a private network require the local Chrome extension instead.

Frequently asked questions

How do I capture a full webpage screenshot?

Enter a public HTTP or HTTPS URL, choose a desktop viewport, and select Capture Full Page. The page is rendered remotely and returned as a downloadable image.

Can this tool capture pages behind a login?

No. The online tool can capture only publicly accessible pages. Use the ProURLMonitor Auditor Chrome extension for pages that require your browser session.

Does the tool store my screenshots?

ProURLMonitor returns the generated image directly and does not add it to your account. The public URL is sent to a screenshot-rendering provider to create the image.

Why can a screenshot look different from my browser?

Cookie banners, location-based content, animations, delayed widgets, and websites that block automated browsers can change or prevent a remote capture.
